Your Shopify store: read-only access to orders, fulfillments and tracking, so we can answer order questions. We cannot change anything in your store.

Your Gmail inbox: we read new emails in your Primary inbox and create drafts or send replies, depending on the mode you choose. We never delete emails.

Your account (email address and an encrypted password), your store info, and encrypted login tokens for Shopify and Gmail.

A log of the emails the assistant handled (sender, subject, a short snippet and the reply), so you can see what it did. Logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.

We do not keep copies of your orders or your customers' order details. They are looked up live each time and not saved.

Order details are only ever shared with the email address that placed the order.

When a shopper asks Shopify to delete their data, we delete our logs of their emails too.

To write a reply, the customer's email, your store info and the matching order details are sent to our AI provider. We only use AI services on paid business terms, under which this data is not used to train their models.

Vyraris's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Gmail access only to read new customer emails, look up their orders and draft or send replies for you. We don't sell this data, use it for advertising, or let people read it, except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires.

Supabase (database), Netlify (website hosting), Google (Gemini AI and Gmail), and Shopify (store data and billing). Each only gets what it needs to do its part.

Disconnect Gmail at any time from your dashboard, or uninstall the app from Shopify; our access is removed right away. Ask us and we will delete your account and all its data.
